When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 48h notice.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
